Tasting Note

This varietal is typically brash and showy with fruits of the forest aromas. This wine has subtle rasberry notes, soft supple tannins and a lovely acidity. Serve at 14-18°C. Drink within 3 years.

 

Food pairing

Especially good with white meats and charcuterie. Also an original aperitif when lightly chilled.
